Rationale and aims

• Baseline group for consistent post-op outcomes for patients diagnosed with a pathology not suitable for any of the other cohorts.

• Ability to catch all patients with follow-up questions and distinguish from undiagnosed patients remaining in any screening protocols

• Reduce the chance of missing patients post-op.

• Auditing of all patients coming into Socrates. Any patients not designated to a specific cohort (not from lack of diagnosis), will be placed in the 'General' protocol.
